What You'll Learn
The Trust Certificate Program is designed to provide leaders in financial institutions with a deep and actionable understanding of trust and its underlying mechanisms. Participants will learn about the science of trust and how to apply various frameworks and models to real-life challenges.
Your learning outcomes include:
- Understanding the distinction between trust and trustworthiness
- Examining how trust motivates positive behaviors
- Identifying common barriers to trust, the actions that erode it, and how to restore it
- Discovering strategies to enhance trust within the industry and your firm
- Submitting a real-world trust and leadership challenge for feedback from the facilitators and your colleagues
- Receiving a Certificate of Completion to commemorate your participation
Course Delivery
Our five class sessions held in a combination of in-person and/or online settings will take place over a period of six weeks or less. Learning will be facilitated in multiple ways, including using research findings and practitioner insights, case studies and applied examples, ad-hoc rating and analysis exercises, peer sharing, Q&A, and a capstone project.
Throughout the program, our facilitators will continue connecting the dots across the various knowledge areas tackled in the program to ensure participants internalize new concepts and tangible ways to apply them.
Note: Bespoke, single-company cohorts are available throughout the year. We also offer open cohorts for individuals in the spring and in the fall (beginning in 2025).
