Lewis leads a team of seven professionals with a span of control and influence over the businesses full profit and loss and 2,500 employees across the Small and Business Banking organization that serves 3.5 million small and business clients with annual revenues up to $25 million.
Lewis has a passion for problem solving, and he’s driven to make a significant impact on the world. Moreover, he's on a mission to bring his 30 years of experience, perspective, and expertise to the board of directors and C-suites at global Fortune 500 corporations, in academia at higher educational institutions, colleges, and universities, and at professional services and management consulting firms – all amassed from his diverse business management, profit and loss ownership, and business leadership.
Lewis holds an Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors in management from the University of Phoenix, and has completed courses through the Ivy League consortium at edX on topics of strategic leadership at Harvard Business School, game theory at Yale School of Management, lean six sigma and kaizen at MIT, and international management at Wharton. He currently resides in Florida with his wife, Lillian, and their children.
