In the 2014 James A. and Linda R. Mitchell Forum on Ethical Leadership, the American College Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services convened a group of financial services executives and leading academics to discuss ethical issues relevant to the industry today.
Specifically, the group tackled the question of how to build trust in the financial services industry, and whether government regulation is helping to steer it toward a more ethical alignment. Career transitions and accounting dilemmas were also discussed.
