In the 2010 James A. and Linda R. Mitchell Forum on Ethical Leadership, the American College Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services convened a group of financial services executives and leading academics to discuss ethical issues relevant to the industry today.
Specifically, the group examined ethical issues surrounding executive pay and who should define executive compensation. The changing roles of corporate boards were also discussed.
