In the 2008 James A. and Linda R. Mitchell Forum on Ethical Leadership, the American College Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services convened a group of financial services executives and leading academics to discuss ethical issues relevant to the industry today.
Specifically, the group once again tackled the question of life settlements and how they can be used ethically by financial services providers. Differences between executive ethical outlooks and how to resolve them were also discussed.
