Randall Stone

Adjunct Professor

Randall Stone, PhD, CPA, PFS, CTP, ChFC®, CLU® is an adjunct professor in the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) Program at The American College of Financial Services.

Prior to starting his career in academia, Stone held positions in the retail banking, investment and insurance advisory, and public accounting professions.  In addition to his teaching at The College, Stone is an assistant professor of accounting at the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and part-time professor at National University.

Known for his expertise in financial accounting, treasury management, and personal financial planning, Stone’s teaching interests focus on business succession and taxation planning at The College.

Stone earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith, his Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Central Arkansas, his Master of Science degree in taxation from Taft University, and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration (advanced accounting) from Northcentral University.  Stone also holds an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (Arkansas) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Certified Treasury Professional, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and CLU® professional designations.
