Tori Phillips is the program director for the American College Center for Economic Empowerment and Equality®. She is an experienced nonprofit professional who has successfully led communications, design, and community-impact projects. In her role at the Center, Tori works to provide culturally-relevant financial education, career advancement opportunities, and resources for Black students and financial services professionals.  

In her previous role, Tori served as the creative services manager for a community foundation in Texas, implementing a new brand strategy which helped increase the organization’s brand recognition, activated greater philanthropic giving, and forged stronger community partnerships.

Tori is committed to lasting, equitable change and brings a creative, strategic, and collaborative focus to her work. She earned a BS from Jackson State University and is currently completing the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® Program at The American College of Financial Services.
